This project began with a referral from my longtime client Zachary & Sons, and it quickly evolved into one of the most ambitious, tech-forward platforms in the New Mexico housing space.
Working with the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (now expanding as the Northern New Mexico Builders Association), we launched BuildNewMexico.com — a public-facing website that’s part educational portal, part business directory, and part smart assistant.
We started with a responsive, SEO-optimized WordPress website that highlights the region’s best homebuilders, contractors, and allied services. But this wasn’t just a basic site — it was engineered to grow with the organization and the industry.
I integrated LearnChurn, my licensed AI matchmaking software, into the site’s core functionality.
Visitors can now use natural language input (e.g. “I need someone to remodel my kitchen before fall”) and get smart, filtered results from a growing database of local pros — dramatically reducing time spent browsing.

One unexpected win? Many of the builders listed — some of whom don’t even have a website — are now showing up at the top of Google search results, with their BuildNewMexico profile as the #1 link.
That’s how powerful this platform has become for selling homes in Santa Fe, NM — especially luxury homes, where a Google presence can make or break a sale.
